Kitty Benford is an experienced professional in the performing arts, currently serving as a Creative Learning Consultant at Royal & Derngate since August 2023 and a Workshop Facilitator and Company Manager for Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation since January 2023. Benford holds the role of Speak Up Artist Rep at Curve Theatre, collaborating with the National Theatre and Lung Theatre, and has previously worked as a Creative Practitioner at Milton Keynes Theatre Limited and Warts and All Theatre, where roles included Associate Director and Projects Associate. Other notable positions include Youth Theatre Director at Shiny Arts and The Castle (Wellingborough) Ltd, and Project Lead for Northampton Theatres Trust's initiatives. Benford's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Performing Arts: Creative Practice and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Professional Practice, both from the University of Bedfordshire.
