Claudia de Keijzer-Mous has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Claudia is currently working at CurTec as the HR Director since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Manager at CurTec from June 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining CurTec, Claudia worked at Essent where they held multiple roles including HR Business Partner - Essent Zakelijk (B2B/SME) from March 2019 to March 2020, HR Business Partner - Support Units from August 2015 to March 2019, and Senior HR Advisor - Customer Services B2C from February 2014 to August 2015. Claudia also served as the End 2 End Lead HR from February 2013 to February 2014 and as a Senior HR Advisor (8 mnd waarnemend HRBP) at Essent Local Energy Solutions (ELES) from August 2010 to February 2013.

Before joining Essent, Claudia worked as the Manager HRM Wholesale/Retail at Van Gils Fashion from February 2009 to August 2010. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at JVH gaming & entertainment from 2006 to 2009, responsible for HR within the Business Unit Gaming & Entertainment, providing strategic and tactical advice to the management team.

Claudia also gained experience as the HR Manager at Sheraton Curacao Resort en Hotel Kura Hulanda from 2001 to 2003, as well as the HR Manager at Centraal Bureau voor Personeelszaken Curacao from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they worked as the HR Manager Shared Services at Laurus N.V. from 2004 to 2006 and as an HR Advisor (vervanging zwangerschapsverlof) at Creyf's Beheer in 2004.

Claudia de Keijzer-Mous obtained a Bachelor's degree in Personeel & Organisatie from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Gecertificeerd GIA assessor and a Gecertificeerd PPA assessor from Thomas International in November 2020 and October 2020, respectively.
