Bart van Berkel

Bart van Berkel has a strong professional background with over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles. Bart is currently serving as the CEO of CurTec since January 2021. Previously, they worked at Safran as the General Manager of Safran Cabin Sterling, Inc. for four years, leading the design and production of high-end electrical galley equipment for the Business Jet industry.

Prior to their time at Zodiac Aerospace, Bart worked at Driessen Aerospace Group NV as the Sales Director Asia Pacific from 2010 to 2013. Bart played a crucial role in sales and business development for Cargo Equipment in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on cargo pallets and baggage containers for both cargo and passenger airlines.

Earlier in their career, Bart had roles at Air France-KLM as the Director of Live Animals and the Commercial Manager of Perishables. Bart was responsible for maximizing 'Perishable' revenues and volumes within the global AFKL Cargo network. Bart also worked at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as the Manager of Operational Support Baggage Services and as a Corporate Management Trainee.

Bart's career began at Lidl, where they served as an Area Manager. Overall, Bart has a diverse range of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, and business development within the aviation and retail industries.

Bart van Berkel has a diverse education history. Bart attended Maasland College from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued an unspecified field of study.
