Austin McNamara possesses extensive experience in operations management, having served in various capacities at Curri since July 2020, culminating in the role of Assistant Manager, where notable achievements include the creation of two departments generating over $8 million annually. Prior roles within Curri involved founding the Supply Growth department and leading the Routes department, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Austin has demonstrated strong leadership and training skills, improving team performance and standard operating procedures. Prior experience includes positions at The TJX Companies, Biola University, and various roles at Paws Antiques & Collectibles, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Biola University.
