Megan O'Brien, SHRM-CP, is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Member of Current HR since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Erigo Employer Solutions from 2012 to 2020, where they held various roles such as the COO/CHRO from December 2018 to September 2020, HR Director from September 2017 to December 2018, HR Manager from March 2016 to September 2017, HR Generalist from May 2014 to March 2016, and HR Assistant from September 2012 to May 2014.

Megan O'Brien, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Executive Leadership & Organizational Change, which they obtained from Northern Kentucky University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from the same university. Additionally, Megan has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2015.
