Dinishi Abayarathna has a diverse background in strategy and technology. Dinishi began their career in 2010 as a PIPELINE Intern at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dinishi then worked as an Intern at the Dinishi'spanic Leadership Summit in 2013, followed by an Engineering Intern at Kinnser Software. In 2014, they were a Summer Consultant at Booz & Company. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Associate at Strategy& | Booz & Co. | Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2021, they joined Current Foods as VP of Strategy and Chief Of Staff. At Current Foods, their role includes helping to address the environmental impact of overfishing and other unsustainable fish farming practices, to help reduce global animal consumption.
Dinishi Abayarathna attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in the Business Honors Program with a focus in Finance.
