Paula Chenoweth is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Currance since March 2022. Previously, Paula held the role of Human Resource Manager at Currance and worked as a Human Resource Analyst for Butte County from March 2016 to July 2019, where duties included providing HR support and participating in union negotiations. From March 1998 to August 2015, Paula was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at AT&T, responsible for creating HR strategies for a manufacturing and installation organization across 13 western states, encompassing both union and non-union staff. Paula holds two Master of Arts degrees in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Grand Canyon University and in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.
