Elaine Fong has a long and varied work experience. Elaine began their career as a Museum Exhibition Designer at Vincent Cuilla Design in 2003, followed by a role as a Jr. Art Director at Tom, Dick & Harry Advertising in 2005. Elaine then worked as a Freelance Designer for Polyvinyl Record Co. in 2004 and Tomorrow Partners in 2011. From 2006 to 2016, they were the Creative Director for Waste Not Paper (wholesale division) and Design Lead E-Commerce at Paper Source. Elaine then became a Senior Design Lead at IDEO in 2011, where they led internal and client teams in brand innovation across tech, hospitality, and the public sector. In 2020, they were an Executive Creative Director at Instacart, and in 2021 they became the Chief Creative Officer at Eames Institute. Currently, they are the Executive Creative Director at Curology.
Elaine Fong attended Ringling College of Art and Design, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic + Interactive Communications, with a focus on Graphic Design, Photography, and Fine Arts.
