Christian Candales, MBA, is a seasoned HRIS Management Consultant currently working with the Human Resources Division at Miami Dade College, providing expertise in PeopleSoft and Perceptive Content, while leading process optimization efforts. With extensive experience in managing and developing teams, Christian previously served as Application Manager for Workday at ChenMed, where leadership and technical enhancements were prioritized.
