Position Overview: Curiox Biosystems is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans that support new product commercialization, audience targeting/segmentation/messaging, customer relationship management (CRM) support and training, and other downstream marketing activities. This position will be a key contributor to the Curiox marketing team and has global impact.

  • Support the commercial and marketing teams as the subject matter expert (SME) of our website and CRM (Hubspot) system

  • Deliver on focused lead generation activities using innovative multi-channel marketing tactics [i.e., web, email, social media, blog, video, events, webinars] that bring marketing qualified leads to the business and grows our subscriber base

  • Jointly develop marketing automation plans and other lead nurturing tactics [emails, whitepapers, infographics, blogs, social media posts, 3rd party digital ads] with digital and content marketing team members

  • Manage the curiox.com website [wireframing, edits/updates]

  • Leverage analytics to determine the effectiveness of marketing programs based upon objectives and key results (OKRs) and the ROI of marketing efforts. Regularly track and report on marketing metrics, successes, failures, and findings.

  • Develop commercial and customer facing materials in support of lead generation, education and events

  • Own the bi-weekly team meeting agenda and manage meeting flow and notes

  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs

  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (required) with a proven track record with CRM (HubSpot preferred), website wireframing experience, social media account management, content writing, project management

    • Experience producing web specific content, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, communications or related discipline (required)

    • Experience in Life Science Markets with emphasis in flow cytometry, single cell applications, lab automation, sample preparation, immunology (preferred)
  • Able to work with minimal supervision after clear direction is given

  • Must be detail oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve problems

  • Team oriented contributor

  • Effective written and verbal communication.

  • Strong business acumen, understanding of analytical metrics and customer focus are essential

  • Ability to drive projects to on-time completion with a consistent track record of prioritizing and leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment, including flexibility with schedule and function

  • Strong listening skills.
