Michael Diemer is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and support. Currently serving as Manager of the Global Service Desk at Curia since July 2017, Michael has progressed through various roles, including Global Service Desk Supervisor and IT Support Analyst. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ellis Medicine from August 2005 to July 2018, where Michael advanced to a Tier 2 Service Desk Associate, managed Service Response Center operations, and handled service requests across multiple departments. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schenectady County Community College and also attended the Rochester Institute of Technology.
