With over a decade of experience in Client Management and Client Onboarding, Olivia Alexander has built a strong reputation for enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving complex issues. Her career began in 2008 as a Customer Service Quality Manager at Best Buy, where she developed her skills in client relations and CRM software. Olivia provided exceptional service while maintaining accurate customer records, which laid the groundwork for her future roles.

In 2012, she expanded her expertise as a Data Specialist at Verizon Business and later as a Data Analyst/POST Team member at AT&T Mobile Tel. There, she activated employee accounts, ported customer numbers, and managed SIM card distributions, honing her attention to detail and organizational skills.
