Caryn Hubbard has held numerous positions in the finance and operations sector since 2000. Caryn began their career as a Client Financial Analyst at Citibank in 2000. In 2004, they became a Realtor at Foxwood Realty, Inc., where they represented buyers and sellers in property sales. In 2008, Hubbard became the Director of Revenue Cycle at Team Movement for Life, where they managed the full revenue cycle for 20 facilities and scaled revenue from $6M to $20M+. In 2014, they were the Director of Operations at Pacific Medical Data Solutions, where they navigated the complex financial and contractual components of medical care. In 2015, they worked as Finance & Accounting Operations at Delivering Happiness, LLC. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Vice President of Finance at Buffer, a private, global SaaS company, where they built financial and accounting infrastructure post-Series A round and shifted the company from limited runway to a profitable, sustainable business model. In 2019, they became a Consultant, Fractional CFO at Chief Consulting Collective. In 2021, Hubbard became the Chief Member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Curaytor.
Caryn Hubbard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Caryn is currently enrolled in the Financial Modeling and Valuation program at Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS\u00ae as a Licensed Realtor.
