Avi (Avishai) Moor is an accomplished leader in the retail and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Founder & Director of Curatyx since June 2022, specializing in international retail sourcing and distribution. Avi holds the position of Non Executive Director at GS1 UK and has been leading Distinctive, a company dedicated to creating unique shopper experiences, as Founder & CEO since April 2018. Previously, Avi held various leadership roles at Sainsbury's from August 2007 to April 2018, including Head of Bakery and Head of Fuel and Kiosk, contributing significantly to multiple divisions. Earlier consulting experience includes working as a Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services and as a Senior Consultant at Tefen. Avi earned an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
