Jacinta Shaw is an experienced professional in quality improvement and training, currently serving as the Quality and Training Coordinator at Curative Care since February 2020, where responsibilities include driving performance excellence in programs and employees. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, progressing from Performance and Quality Improvement Analyst II to Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator, managing significant quality improvement projects across social services programs. Jacinta also held the position of Continuous Quality Improvement Manager at Connections IRIS Consultant Agency and worked in community affairs at U.S. Bank, where management of substantial financial budgets and community outreach initiatives was key. Additional experience includes administrative coordination for youth sports and project assistance at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Jacinta holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Operational Management from Lubar College of Business and certifications as a Quality Process Analyst and Six Sigma Quality Improvement Associate.
