Kristin Cole is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in healthcare and real estate. Currently serving as the Marketing Program Manager at AllyAlign Health since July 2021, Kristin has previously held key leadership positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Harmony Senior Services, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing efforts for a 138-room Independent and Assisted Living community. With roles at BAYADA Home Health Care and various positions at Harmony Senior Services, Kristin has demonstrated expertise in developing marketing plans and managing sales strategies to enhance occupancy and resident satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles in business development, account management, and administrative coordination within home health, hospice, and real estate sectors. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Christopher Newport University.
