Menno de Jong is an experienced Functioneel applicatiebeheerder currently employed at CuraMare since September 2022. Previously, Menno held the same title at WoonZorgcentra Haaglanden from November 2021 to September 2022 and worked as an Applicatiebeheerder at Stichting Zuidwester from February 2016 to October 2021. Responsibilities included both functional and technical management of financial and HR applications such as Raet Beaufort, Exact Financials, and ProActive, as well as leading the rollout of a new digital workplace for 1,400 employees utilizing Office 365. Earlier roles included Junior adviseur bedrijfsprocessen and Afstudeerstagiair focused on document and workflow management system selection. Menno also served as a Junior adviseur bedrijfsprocessen at SBB Zomerland and interned at Holonite, improving the relationship between Active Directory and organizational structure. Menno holds a Baccalaureus in Business IT & Management from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a HAVO degree in Economie en Maatschappij from RGO Middelharnis.
