Phillip Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Phillip currently serves as the Head of International Partnerships at CuraLife since October 2017. Prior to their current role, they worked at Milestone Pharma for four years as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for strategy development and sales growth in the northern UK. Phillip also managed the Business Development Department and led strategic projects to optimize internal workflows and operations at a global level. Before that, Phillip held positions at Amgen for ten years, including Director of Business Development and Business Development Specialist. In these roles, they focused on driving sales growth, managing the Business Development Department, evaluating new products and business opportunities, and managing partnerships in key strategic distribution partners in the UK. Phillip's early career at Amgen began as a Licensing Manager, where they were involved in licensing activities.
Phillip Duncan completed their Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS BSc) at UCL in the years 1994-1997. Phillip then pursued a Master's degree in Molecular Basis of Human Disease from Imperial College London from 1997 to 1999. Phillip furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Imperial College London in the year 2002-2003.
