Matthew Lewis is a seasoned attorney with expertise in non-profit, political, and regulatory law at both state and federal levels. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at Curaleaf since April 2022, Lewis previously held the position of Senior Counsel & Director of Government Affairs at the CBD Association. With a robust background in developing fifty-state compliance programs and providing legal counsel to trade associations, Lewis's areas of focus include lobbying compliance, government ethics, tax exemption, and political activity. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Partner at Davis & Lewis, PLLC, Legal Specialist at Venable LLP, Political & Legal Consultant at Sullivan & Associates, Law Clerk for Hon.
