Mark Basista is an experienced IT project manager with a strong background in project coordination and technical engineering. Currently serving as an Associate IT Project Manager at Curaleaf since August 2021, Mark has successfully developed and published standard operating procedures and project deliverables for a new scheduling system, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. Prior experience includes a Technical Engineer Internship at SESI Consulting Engineers, where Mark conducted various soil tests and collaborated on multiple infrastructure projects. Mark is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Stevens Institute of Technology, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Information Technology from Rutgers Business School and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from County College of Morris.
