Joanna Wierzbicka has had a diverse work experience. Joanna started their career as a Registered Nurse at Cardinal Cushing Centers, Inc. in August 2015 and worked there until September 2016. Joanna then worked as an RN at Stemmer Pediatrics from August 2016 to May 2017. In May 2017, Joanna joined Curahealth Hospitals as the Chief Quality Officer. Prior to their nursing roles, they also worked in Public Schools as a Registered Nurse from September 2014 onwards.

Joanna Wierzbicka has a diverse education history, starting with their Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Quincy College, which they obtained between the years 2002 and 2005. Joanna then pursued an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Laboure College from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they attended Curry College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounting. Continuing their education at Curry College, Joanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from 2014 to 2015. Finally, they completed their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Curry College between 2015 and 2017.
