Inez Loods is an experienced HR and Organizational Development Advisor currently working at Curacao Medical Center since April 2020. Previously, Inez served as a Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY from March 2019 to April 2020 and held advisory trainee positions at both KDC Interim and KPMG Dutch Caribbean & Suriname from late 2018 to early 2019. Early career experiences include an internship at Balance Consultancy Group in early 2018 and an internship at the Government of Curaçao's Department of Labor in 2017. Inez holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution. Educational background also includes studies at Instituto Buena Bista and Radulphus College, where Inez completed VWO in Economie & Maatschappij.
