Fernando Bandrés Diéguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Managing Director at CUPA STONE since December 2018, Fernando has also held positions at Viñedos y Bodegas Dominio de Tares as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Fernando worked as General Counsel at CUPA from April 2015 to March 2022, and as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Junior Associate at J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. from September 2006 to March 2015. Fernando holds a Law Degree with a specialization in economics and business from Universidade de Vigo and completed the Directive Development Program at IESE Business School in 2020. Additionally, a scholarship from the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science was awarded for the 2005-2006 academic year.
