Sethu Sampathkumar is an accomplished quality improvement leader with extensive experience at Cummins Inc. since February 2008, currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement, overseeing product quality and manufacturing enhancements. Sethu has held various leadership roles, including Director of Six Sigma, managing a team of Master Black Belts and Blackbelts to address critical business opportunities, and Master Black Belt focused on product and process improvements using DFSS and DMAIC methodologies. Expertise in reliability engineering was demonstrated while leading Reliability Engineering for VG Turbo integration with engines. Prior experience includes a senior engineering role at Watlow and a design engineering position at GE. Sethu holds multiple advanced degrees including a Master's in Data Science/Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from MIT.
