Mahesh Balasubramaniam is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience across various sectors including commercial, residential, institutional, hospitals, health science, and luxury residential projects. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Manager at Cumming Group since September 2022, responsibilities include managing project cost, preparing estimates, conducting change order negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders. Prior roles included Lead Estimator at Thornton Construction Company, Inc., and Project Manager/Estimator at LEGO Construction Co. Mahesh’s foundational experience also includes positions as a Graduate Assistant at Florida International University, Assistant Project Engineer at KN Vasu & Sons, and Civil Engineer at Engineering Project (India) Ltd. Mahesh holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Late G.N. Sapkal College of Engineering.
