Laurel Long is an experienced Associate Director and Senior Cost Manager at Cumming Group, with 18 years in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Garnering expertise in managing cost estimates across various project types, including healthcare, K-12 and higher education, and civil projects, Laurel demonstrates proficiency in quantity takeoff using OnScreen for diverse architectural, structural, and civil applications. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Stafford King Wiese Architects, where Laurel drafted and tracked construction legal documents and gained extensive knowledge of the Division of the State Architect (DSA) closeout process, receiving certification on over 50 projects since 2010.
