Joel Swanson is an experienced construction and project management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently self-employed as a retiree since July 2019, Swanson also serves as a Director at Cumming Corporation, working on the Oyster Point Development in South San Francisco. As the owner of Swanson Consulting, expertise includes estimating, design review, scheduling, and logistics planning. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager/V.P. of Construction at Hall Equities Group, Senior Estimator at ITSI Gilbane Company, and Project Executive/Senior Estimator at Howard S.
