Joe Saatkamp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project management and construction within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Cumming Corporation since July 2019, Joe manages the strategy for CapEx Cumming. Previously, Joe was the President and Founder of CAPEX Project Management, where significant projects included Virgin Hotels and the Grand Hyatt in Nashville. Joe's prior roles also encompass Vice President of Design and Construction at TRT Holdings, where oversight included over $2 billion in development projects, as well as positions at Omni Hotels and The Beck Group. Joe holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
