Bill Alexander, Architect Emeritus, has extensive experience in project and program management within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Director of Project Management and Project Executive at Cumming Group since July 2019, Bill specializes in advocacy for owners throughout various project phases. As President and CEO of Medica Project Management, LLC since October 2011, Bill leads a consultancy focused on healthcare construction, providing services such as program management and project recovery. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Cumming and Boyken International, Inc., and a lengthy tenure as Vice President at HKS, Inc., where Bill managed large-scale projects and operations across multiple sectors. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture-Design Option from Texas Tech University.
