Eileen Teasdale is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in local government and community services. Since May 2016, Eileen has served as a Local Government Reform Project Manager and Project Delivery Lead at Cumbria County Council, overseeing the creation of new unitary authorities. Prior roles include managing the volunteering programme at Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service, where Eileen enhanced community safety through volunteer recruitment and collaboration with partner agencies. Earlier experience includes serving as Health and Wellbeing Officer at Cumbria County Council, directing nutrition education campaigns and early childhood development programs. Eileen holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Management and Leadership from the University of Cumbria, along with various qualifications in commissioning and business. Currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in African Wildlife and Conservation, Eileen continues to advance expertise in both management and community engagement.
