Carlos E. Alfaro Estofanero is an experienced engineer specializing in construction and project management within the mining industry. Currently serving as Ingeniero de Oficina Técnica at CUMBRA since March 2022, Carlos oversees the construction of maintenance workshops and offices for the Toquepala mine, managing project changes and claims within a $20 million contract. Prior positions include Field Engineer and Cost Control Engineer at STRACON, overseeing significant projects such as the construction of the Antamina Tailings Dam Phase VII, with a contract value of $123 million.
