Gareth M. Klotz, BSCE, IMSA II has over 30 years of experience as a Project/Contract Manager. Gareth M. has worked as Principal/Vice President at Cumbey & Fair, Inc. since September 2010, where they are responsible for new client relations, marketing management, transportation/civil engineering, traffic operations, and traffic engineering & planning. Prior to that, they worked at American Consulting Engineers, LLC from September 1999 to 2010 as a Project Manager/Senior Designer, where they also handled new client relations, marketing coordination, transportation/civil engineering, traffic operations, and traffic engineering & planning. Gareth Klotz is Advanced MOT & IMSA II certified.

Gareth M. Klotz, BSCE, IMSA II completed their education in Civil Engineering. Gareth M. obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Civil Engineering from Keystone College between the years 1987-1989. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Widener University, which they completed from 1989 to 1991.
