Logan Neumann is an experienced accountant currently employed by Cumberland County, PA, since January 2023, where responsibilities include performing monthly and year-end accounting processes, managing and analyzing the county's budget, and overseeing cash resources to maximize interest revenue and ensure timely payroll.
