Dr. Toni Stewart serves as Chairwoman of the County Commissioner in Cumberland County, NC since December 2020 and continues to hold the position of Special Project Manager at True Vine Ministries since January 2014. Toni Stewart is the founder of Ever Increasing Ministries and previously served as Executive Director of the TVM Hope Center, a homeless shelter dedicated to women, from April 2015 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master of Divinity from Wilberforce University and Family Bible College, respectively, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Legal Studies from Columbus State Community College and a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
