Jim Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim most recently worked as the Director of Finance and Operations at Culver Company since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Chinatti Realty Group from March 2021 to February 2022. Jim also held various roles at IDG (International Data Group), including Divisional President, International Partnership Services, Vice President of International Licensing, Director of Finance and Administration, Business Manager, and Senior Staff Accountant. Additionally, they worked as an Internal Auditor, Cost Accountant, and Financial Reporting Specialist at Data General Corporation and as an Internal Auditor at Tyco International. Jim began their career as an External Auditor at Grant Thornton.

Jim Sullivan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. In 2014, they completed the FIPP Executive Programme for Innovation and Change at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
