Noah Boyd is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp since June 2024, with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Noah served as a Coach & Consultant at Resonance, where a focus on creating psychologically secure environments facilitated personal and business growth for entrepreneurial leaders. Experience also includes positions as a Principal Consultant, Project Manager, and Research Consultant at CGU-Accenture Talent Innovation Lab, contributing to the delivery of talent management programs. Additional roles include delivering personalized coaching to entrepreneurs at SuperCharged Entrepreneurs, facilitating training at Harvey Mudd College, and serving as an Organization Development Consultant & Evaluator. Noah holds a Master of Arts in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
