Jessica Franz

Jessica Franz is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient experience management, nursing education, and clinical practice. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Program Specialist at The University of Kansas Health System since December 2023, Jessica has been instrumental in coordinating patient experience initiatives across multiple campuses. Jessica has also facilitated Implicit Bias in Healthcare webinars for the Cultural Intelligence Center and taught as an Adjunct Professor at MidAmerica Nazarene University since 2016. Previously, Jessica held various roles at Olathe Health, including Patient Experience Manager and Quality and Outcomes Coordinator, as well as working as a registered nurse in labor and delivery. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Education, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Arts in Christian Education, among other qualifications.
