Laurie Krauss is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales, recruitment, and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Cultural Care Au Pair since January 2008, Laurie has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Recruitment and Training and Director of Customer Service. Prior to this tenure, Laurie worked at Pinnacle Technical Resources from 2005 to 2007 as a Vendor Manager and Technical Recruiter. Additionally, Laurie was the Area Operations Manager at Cottonwood Financial from March 2004 to March 2005 and the Center Director at SCORE! Educational Centers from June 2003 to February 2004. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Wake Forest University and has also attended the National Outdoor Leadership School.
