Kaitlin Luker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Cultural Care Au Pair since March 2015, Kaitlin is responsible for promoting the au pair program nationwide and collaborating with various teams to assist host families. Previously held positions include Director of Placement and Sales, where management of sales teams and client relationships was key, and Placement Manager, where Kaitlin launched the au pair initiative in the Denver EF office. Prior to Cultural Care, Kaitlin worked at EF Educational Tours as Manager of Customer Service, overseeing a customer service team and managing operational schedules. Kaitlin's career began as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), focusing on English instruction and support for special needs students. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
