Claudia Raffo is an experienced organizational consultant and educator, currently serving as an Organizational Consultant at Sociedad Nacional de Oleoductos S.A. - Sonacol, leading a cultural change project. Additionally, Claudia acts as a Guest Lecturer at Stockholm University of the Arts and a Mentor at Kaospilot Stockholm, guiding creative professionals in experience design focusing on cultural transformation. Claudia has been an Experience Design Contributor at Development Beyond Learning (DBL) and has extensive corporate facilitation experience across Latin America. Claudia co-founded The Delhi Connection and served as a Senior Consultant at The Oxford Group. As a former founder of Alnur - School for the Gamechangers, Claudia specializes in leadership strategy, coaching, and intercultural communication, supported by a robust educational background in organizational development and coaching.
