Andrew Pickett has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2010 at Harbor Freight Tools, where they worked as a Data & Analytics Associate. In 2011, they joined Orchestra Software as a Business Analytics Consultant. In 2013, they co-founded Viridian Sciences, where they served as Vice President, and began working as a SAP Business One and Crystal Reports Consultant for Tiger Sheep, LLC. That same year, they also began working as a Cannabis Vertical Consultant for NexTec Group. In 2017, they joined Cultivera as Executive Vice President, where they managed the client onboarding department, label and document team, client analytics module, and internal KPI's and analytics.

Andrew Pickett obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University between 2005 and 2010. Andrew then attended Oregon State University again from 2010 to 2011 and earned their Master of Business Administration. In addition, Andrew Pickett has obtained several certifications, including Acumatica D100 Distribution: Basic 5.3 (February 2016), Acumatica M200 Manufacturing: Intermediate 5.3 (February 2016), Acumatica F100 Financials: Basic 5.0 (January 2016), Acumatica F200 Financials: Intermediate 5.0 (January 2016), and SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One 8.8 (May 2012).
