Steve Fletcher is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in project management, process validation, and production management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Process Validation Engineer at Cultech Ltd since July 2017, Steve specializes in equipment and process validation, along with process improvement and facility design. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Axium Process Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering projects for a global client base, overseeing the project lifecycle from design to commissioning, and ensuring compliance with User Requirements Specifications. Prior to that, positions at Vesuvius plc, Wall Colmonoy Ltd, and Alberto Culver involved significant management duties in production and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in optimizing operations, team leadership, and project execution across various engineering disciplines.
