Maisie Fletcher currently serves as a Junior Ecommerce Manager at Cult Beauty since September 2022, where Maisie was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2023. Prior to this role, Maisie gained extensive experience at THG from July 2020 to September 2022, advancing through positions from Trading Apprentice to Senior Campaign Executive for LOOKFANTASTIC. Earlier work experience includes a Customer Consultant role at Carphone Warehouse and a waitress position at The Spring Inn. Maisie holds a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship from QA and A Levels in Psychology, Sociology, and English Language from Crompton House Sixth Form. Education was completed at Crompton House C of E School from 2012 to 2018.
