Frank Yupanqui Allcca's work experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Culqi starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Indra as a Senior Software Development Engineer from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for developing microservices and maintaining a react dashboard for vehicle insurance solutions. From 2020 to 2021, Frank worked at IT DATA Consulting S.A.C. as a Back End Developer, where they developed microservices and maintained a react native app for product tracking. Before that, they worked at ProEducative as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist from 2019 to 2020 and as a Full Stack Engineer from 2018 to 2019, where they worked on configuring security groups, managing IAM users, and maintaining a virtual educative platform. In 2017, Frank held a role as a Full-stack Developer at Plaindes, building a web page using Wordpress. Frank also worked at SOFTDYNAMIC S.A.C. in 2017 as a Full Stack Engineer, building Laravel and Lumen RESTFUL APIs and developing an admin dashboard. In 2016, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at ABC Asesoría Educativa and Universidad ESAN, maintaining web applications and building API REST. In 2015, Frank worked as a Full Stack Developer at PLATINUM OWL S.A.C., developing a virtual library, and in 2014, they worked at REPSAC as a Full-stack Developer, developing a virtual store for audiovisual items.

Frank Yupanqui Allcca began their education in 2012 at the Instituto SISE, where they pursued a degree in Professional Information Technology Technician with a focus on Information Technology/Information Systems Technology. Frank completed their studies in 2015. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, Frank attended the Asociacion Cultural Peruano Britanica (Britanico) where they achieved their INGLÉS INTERMEDIO degree. Frank continued their English education from 2018 to 2019 at the same institution and obtained an INGLÉS AVANZADO degree.

In 2020, Frank enrolled at the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Ingeniería de sistemas. Frank is expected to complete this degree in 2024. Additionally, they earned certifications and completed courses throughout their academic journey. Notably, in 2025, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services Training and Certification. In terms of other certifications, Frank completed various courses from platforms like Udemy and institutions like Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, covering topics such as TypeScript, Python programming, cryptocurrency trading and investment, Kotlin programming, AWS cloud technologies, and more.
