Carlos Concha's work experience begins with their current role as a Data Analytics Analyst at Culqi, where they started in March 2023. Carlos began their career as an Engineering Intern at SVS Ingenieros from January 2012 to March 2012, where they assisted with mine closure planning and provided support in the hydraulic area.

Carlos Concha is an individual with a diverse education history. Carlos attended Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Civil (Civil Engineering). In 2014, they pursued a Structural Engineering Diploma from the same university. In 2015, they further expanded their knowledge by completing the Seismic and Structural Engineering International Diploma from the National University of Engineering.

In 2021, Carlos enrolled in the Executive Program in Data Science at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, completing it in 2022.
