Carlos Concha's work experience begins with their current role as a Data Analytics Analyst at Culqi, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Anyone AI from August 2022 to January 2023. In this role, Carlos developed a credit risk model to predict default risk and managed the manipulation, visualization, and transformation of datasets.

Before entering the field of data analytics, Carlos worked as a Civil Structural Engineer at Ausenco from March 2018 to April 2021. In this position, they managed an interdisciplinary team to increase the capacity of a main conveyor in a Peruvian mine and modeled and analyzed flotation tanks in Brazil.

From 2011 to 2019, Carlos worked as a Teaching Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Carlos then joined PRISMA INGENIEROS S.A.C as an Engineering Consultant from October 2017 to March 2018, where they trained structural engineers and developed a structural design standard.

Prior to that, Carlos worked as a Structural Engineer at PRISMA INGENIEROS S.A.C from December 2012 to July 2016. Carlos began their career as an Engineering Intern at SVS Ingenieros from January 2012 to March 2012, where they assisted with mine closure planning and provided support in the hydraulic area.

Carlos Concha is an individual with a diverse education history. Carlos attended Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Civil (Civil Engineering). In 2014, they pursued a Structural Engineering Diploma from the same university. In 2015, they further expanded their knowledge by completing the Seismic and Structural Engineering International Diploma from the National University of Engineering.

In 2021, Carlos enrolled in the Executive Program in Data Science at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, completing it in 2022. In 2022, they completed the Machine Learning Developer Program from Anyone AI and the Micromaster Program in Statistics and Data Science from MITx Courses.
