Mike Elmore currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager for the South at Culpeper Wood since August 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Goldsboro Builders Supply from September 2017 to February 2022, overseeing the daily operations of a building materials distributor with six locations and over 100 employees. Mike's career began at Hood Distribution, where roles included Warehouse Employee, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales from January 2000 to June 2003. Mike further developed expertise in inventory management and sales at U.S. LUMBER from 2003 to August 2017, serving as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Inventory Control Specialist, and Inside Sales Representative. Mike holds a BA in History and Economics from East Carolina University and is currently advancing knowledge through Wharton Executive Education since January 2019.
