Kimberly Gatling is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, and litigation. Currently serving as Director at Culp, Inc. since September 2021 and as Partner and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Fox Rothschild LLP since November 2018, Gatling has a strong background in law, having practiced as an attorney at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP from 2001 to November 2018 and MacCord Mason PLLC from 1999 to 2000. Gatling holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
