Ildiko Oravecz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design, training, and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Culmen International and as a Leadership Coach and Fellow Coach at Organizational Rebel® LLC and BetterUp, respectively, Ildiko's work focuses on enhancing personal clarity and purpose. As a member of the Board of Directors at CoachAid, Ildiko is involved in initiatives aimed at improving global wellbeing. Ildiko co-founded Coach Collab to foster collaboration among coaches, enhancing support and resources in the coaching profession. Previous roles include Senior Training Specialist at Centerra Group and Gregg Services, as well as Chief Performance Officer at High Performance Consulting. Ildiko holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from The University of New Mexico.
