Coleson Firmage is an experienced sales operations manager with a focus on water treatment solutions at Culligan Water Conditioning since September 2013. In this role, Coleson has overseen sales activities, managed accounts, and implemented cost control measures. Prior work experience includes a position as a Congressional Intern for the U.S. Government House of Representatives, where Coleson prepared memos on congressional matters, and participation in BMW of Murray's Management Trainee Program, which involved refining efficiency practices. Coleson holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Miami University, earned in 2013.
