Ursula Villa has been with Culligan Italiana S.p.A. since September 1992, starting as an Impiegata at Culligan Service from January 1989 to September 1992. Ursula transitioned to various roles including Assistant Branch Manager, Executive Assistant Household, Executive Assistant BW, and Back office service. Ursula has a background in sales, statistics, and agent contracts in the Bottled Water sector.
